Donald "Donnie" Niehouse is a Kansas City native.  He started DLN Solutions with the idea that every homeowner that needs foundation repair or waterproofing should be able to afford it without taking out a second mortgage.  Donnie started his foundation repair and waterproofing career with one of KCs biggest foundation repair companies and quickly rose to Site Supervisor, leading into a area manager role, overseeing the entire Midwest region.

Abe Chavez came to DLN Solutions with experience in various forms of the construction industry.  Abe started as a general laborer but quickly rose to a Project Liaison role within DLN Solutions.  A few short years later, through countless innovative solutions and rigorous will to learn our business practices, Abe was offered the role of Partner within DLN Solutions.  Abe has since taken that offer and assisted in the growth of DLN Solutions, providing our homeowners with the best possible service coupled with his bright smile, brilliant mind, and amazing work ethic.

Danielle "Dani" Kirkpatrick is a brilliant and intelligent individual who came into DLN Solutions with years of experience in Administration, Project Management, and Team Building Experience.  Once on board, Dani brought a bundle of Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities with her that has completely changed the way we engage with our Homeowners or Prospective Homeowners.  Dani handles most of our Day-To-Day operations and has a vested interest in ensuring that Happy Homeowners remains our Top Priority.

Bryan Williams is a North Kansas City native and came into DLN Solutions accompanied with high honors from a prestigious school in the area.  Bryan and Donnie have worked together in developing many patents over the years that have assisted our homeowners in receiving the most trusted and cost effective Foundation Repair, Basement Waterproofing, and Drainage solutions to date.

"I'm here to draw blueprints and chew bubble gum".

Mike "Miguel" Hull is a long time resident of the Kansas City Metropolitan Area and came into DLN Solutions with decades of experience in all things construction.  Mike has the knowledge, skills, and abilities to rebuild an entire house if our homeowners should need it.  Mike and Donnie collaborate consistently while conducting projects for our homeowners to ensure that our homeowners are receiving the best possible solution for every unique challenge a project gives us.

"I am a firm believer that their is nothing that we, as a team, cannot do.  Donnie just wont let us do it."

Ali "Ali-G" Eastin was one of the very first team members that Donnie hired many, many years ago.  Ali started with DLN Solutions as a summer-time, part-time job, as he was pursuing a life as a College Football Athlete in California.  After Ali moved back to the area, the first person he contacted was Donnie as he understood what DLN Solutions was becoming and wanted to be apart of the team.

"My beard is better than Donnie's".

Justin "J" Michael is a native Kansas resident and came into DLN Solutions with years of construction experience, many of those running his own business.  We feel comfortable putting Justin in front of any machine that we utilize, knowing that he will be able to run it with precisian.  When it comes to a skilled labor perspective, not many people will be able to outwork Justin.  Many have tried.
